How our automatic plant runs, in stills from its 3D walkthrough. Manual and semi-automatic machines follow the same steps with more hands on the line.
1Crush and screen
Soil or fly ash is crushed, screened and carried up to the feed hopper.
2Batch
A three-bin batcher meters each raw material in the right proportion.
3Mix
The pan mixer blends the batch with water and cement from the silos.
4Press
The hydraulic press compacts the mix into bricks, pavers or blocks.
Pressed bricks and blocks need no kiln. They are water-cured, which saves fuel and keeps the yard clean.
